When We Are Closed
If you become unwell and need medical attention after the surgery is closed telephone the Urgent Care Service on 111. This service is for urgent medical conditions only. In the event that you cannot get through on the telephone and the matter is life threatening, dial 999 and request an ambulance.
If you need to see a doctor and the surgery is closed, and it is not an emergency, please go to your local Weymouth Community Urgent Care Centre (CUCC), located at:
Weymouth Community Hospital
Melcombe Avenue
Weymouth
Dorset
DT4 7TB.
The walk-in centre is open 7 days a week from 08:00 – 20:00.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy, so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
