All routine medication reviews are now being completed by Birthday Month.
Prior to you medication being reviewed, you should receive a letter or test message asking you to book a blood test appointment. During this appointment you will have your blood test, a blood pressure check and a up to date weight. These tests are highly important for us to ensure that your medication is being safely prescribed.
Once you have attended you blood test appointment, your test results will be reviewed by a clinician who will then update your medication accordingly. YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS PART. However, if your test results require actioning or there needs to be changed made to your medication, we will contact you to book you an appointment with a clinician.
