Test results can be requested in the following ways:

• Online
• Via telephone between 10:00 – 12:30 or 14:00 – 17:00
• Visiting the practice between 8:30 – 12:30 or 13:30 – 18:00

If your GP advised you that you can ring the surgery for test results, please ring between 10:00 – 12:30 or 14:00 – 17:00.

You will be contacted only once and messages will not be left on answer phones unless requested. We have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
